Return & Refund Policy

We currently offer returns and exchanges exclusively within Europe.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be tried on over your own underwear only

  • The original tag must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition

🚫 Important: Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Padded Underwear

Padded underwear may be returned or exchanged only if:

  • It has been tried on over your own underwear

  • The original tag is still attached

Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks

  • Sports bras

  • Free promotional items (e.g. Buy 4, Get 1 Free)

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

  • Refunds apply to the product value only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders placed with free shipping

Shipping Costs Deducted From Refunds

When applicable, the following shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount:

  • €7 for standard deliveries within Europe

  • For other shipping methods (e.g. economy or express), the actual shipping rate applies

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
